Tiffany Gui

Tiffany Laure Gui is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Tiffanycare NGO USA & Africa, a Houston‑based non‑profit dedicated to protecting and empowering some of the world’s most vulnerable populations. Under her leadership, Tiffanycare has expanded its reach across the Middle East, Africa, and the United States, focusing primarily on the rescue and rehabilitation of exploited migrant workers, as well as the provision of essential services to homeless children and widows.​
Humanitarian Rescue and Reintegration​: Between 2021 and 2024, Tiffanycare securely rescued 83 men and women who had been trafficked into Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco. Through coordinated efforts with local authorities and international partners, these individuals were safely returned to their home countries—Ivory Coast, Liberia, Togo, Uganda, and Ghana—where Tiffanycare continues to provide psychosocial support and vocational training to facilitate their successful reintegration.
Education and Community Development​
Recognizing education as a cornerstone of long‑term change, Tiffanycare renovated two middle schools in the Ivory Coast in 2023, improving classrooms, sanitation facilities, and learning resources. Each year, the organization distributes school supplies to underprivileged children across Ivory Coast, Gabon, Mali, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, ensuring that thousands of young learners have the tools they need to thrive.​
Comprehensive Support for the Most Vulnerable​
Tiffanycare’s programming also addresses immediate needs for those living on society’s margins. The NGO provides hygiene products, emergency shelter, nutritious meals, school supplies, and cash assistance to homeless children and widows, helping to restore dignity and hope where it is needed most.
Leadership and Service​
Beyond her work with Tiffanycare, Tiffany Gui serves as a board member of the first Ivorian association in Oman, bringing cultural insight and governance expertise to support her community abroad. She is a dedicated Human and Health Service worker, the creator and host of the Tiffanycare Podcast, and leads the media team at Vases D’honneur Houston church. Fluent in multiple languages, she also lends her skills as an interpreter to bridge communication gaps in diverse humanitarian settings.​
Personal Life and Faith​
A proud mother and servant of God, Tiffany holds a degree from Liberty University. Her faith underpins every aspect of her work, driving her commitment to “love thy neighbor” in action, word, and spirit.​
